Default Axle clicking on new axles? (with quaife)

When I turn sharply I can hear what sounds to be like axles clicking, like they are shot. But it's very faint, and not a rapid click. I checked under the car, and it seemed that there was something wrong with the driver side axle, felt like there was some play, and the shaft connecting the two boots would slide back and forth. I warrantied this axle out. They are "Cardone" axles from Oreillys. I not sure if that solved the entire problem, as the first circle I made around the parking lot I heard nothing, second I heard it again, but less clicks, same intensity.

What could be causing this? The other side? The quaife? Something else?
96 Civic with B swap and quaife. Helwp.

could be your bearing, my boy just changed his axle, and he still heard clicking come to find out it was his hub bearing

Does hub bearing clicking always occur continuously or possibly only when turning? Trying to decide if my clicking may also be coming from the hub bearing.

did you seat the axles fully? Did you replace the keepers on the axle?

I've got the same problem when I turn sharply in reverse. (I also have a quaiffe)
Still don't know what it is.

I'm not sure, but I think thats natural for an LSD. I think one of the ways people check to see if they have and LSD is by turning sharply and listening for clicks

make sure the axel is fully seated sometimes you have to machine the ends of the axels to make them seat fully
