axle clicking after installed a new remanufactured from autozone
i think its the passenger side one. when i was looking at it at autozone, it was like a nipple longer than the original one, but noticeable. Would a slightly longer axle cause slight clicking when turning? or could it just be remanufactured poorly.. maybe not enough grease in the boots? thanks

Every once in a while aftermarket axles will come out clicking. Take it out and return it and get another. The axle being slightly longer is nothing to worry about, rebuilt axles are still kinda stiff and won't compress like your worn out old one.

any way to check out which one it is. It clicks more turning right.. but also clicks a little turning left.
