Right now I currently have a Kakimoto exhaust. And its probably the quiestest exhaust i've ever owned but the only thing is that the exhaust has a 4 inch tip and I guess could be a bit quieter. The cops here in Maine are cracking down pretty bad. And I was thinking about switching over to a Apexi WS because i've heard that there extremely quiet. Now I have a carsound cat and was wondering if the exhaust came with a 2.5 inch outlet to the cat and what size the exhaust comes in. Thanks guys. Im just trying to keep myself away from the cops. They already stare every single time i drive by because of the looks(ill have pics of my car by this weeks end ). Just wanted to hear some advice from the members. Thanks in advance.

 

i know the piping size is 2.36, so id assume the inlet is the same diameter. the tip is 4" (across). its really quiet, when you floor the car you can hear the intake a lot more. i give it a

 

I got a WS, and it is great. I definitely would recommend it if you want a quiet exhaust.

 

The WS is really quiet. Sometimes I even forget its back there. Heres a pic of mine.

 

chop the tip and add a "stockish" one on there

the tip isnt gigantic, looks a lot more stock than most of the other ones

 

yeah i know.. but i was referring to the K akimoto R exhaust he has now. Paint it black with high temp paint so all the bling will be hidden.....

 

black high temp paint for the stealth look.

also , try not to rev at high throttle whilst driving by the police to keep the noise down
