If your getting an exhaust you should also get a high flow cat and a 2.5" exhaust to get rid of any bottlenecks in your whole exhaust system. (Im getting a Car Sound from IPS)

Now its time for you to choose an exhaust. You need to give us a little more information in order for us to help give you some options to choose from.
Does sound matter to you? LOUD? quiet?
How important are performance gains?
What are your current mods. and what are your plans for the car?

I think that you persoanly need to hear the exhaust in person b/c no sound clip from online is better than your own ears in person.
This is just what I can think of right now that might help you get some better responses. HTH

well i just got my Apexi WS and am very happy with it. i got it at an excellent price. for a free flowing exhaust itd suggest an Apexi N1, that should be around 400-450? the N1's are better flowing, but louder.

gains from an exhaust on a N/A 4banger like the integra, i think, are minimal at best. maybe 1-3hp really.

1-3 hp at FIRST. But it needs to be done if there are going to be any more serios mods done down the road. Otherwise it will be a major bottleneck in the exhaust.

well i knew that i was going to get a new cat, and as far as performance i want as much as i can get without going to loud. i already have an aem cold air dc header and dc exhaust, but i want to upgrade to more suit higher rpms and after the new JDM header and exhaust im going to get either skunk stage 1 or 2, cam gears, there valve spring kit, and an ecu upgrade.
