Default Clutch getting harder to step on

I notice about the last few week that my clutch is getting harder to step on, it's a 94 Integra w/ 120k miles. Is there anyway to adjust the clutch to make is softer?

if the spring housing on the clutch disc starts to chip (the metal brackets that keep the springs in place), it can make the pedal harder to push in. At 120k i wouldnt be suprised if it's on it's last leg.

Very true, that's what happened to mine. Except the spring exploded out and a shard of the disc locked into the pressure plate.
