how much to mill for OS pistons?

for OS (.25") pistons, how much do the cylinders need to be bored, it doesnt need to be resleeved right? thickity thanks

.25" is 6.35mm or 1/4 of an inch which is alot.I think you mean .025" which is .635mm.To convert to millimeters, multiply inches by 25.4. To convert to inches, multiply millimeters by 0.03937

hmm no doubt those would be massive cylinders.....*edit* ok, so 1/4mm...not 1/4"..makes a little more sense.....
