Default CP pistons, standard or oversize?

I just ordered standard size CP pistons for my d16, but was just thinking that I should go with the +.020 pistons. Pros and Cons of each? THanks,

Pfieff

Default Re: CP pistons, standard or oversize? (Pfieffdog)

people usually overbore to start with a fresh surface on the cylinders in case any scratches or damaged occured with the stock pistons.

Downside is that you are making your sleeve thinner, therefore weaker. I wouldnt worry about that as much as the pistons being happy in their cylinders.
