Default turbo install soon please advise (tips)

hello I have been lurking around the honda tech board for a while now and this is my first post. Anyways, I was wondering if you guys could give me a couple pointers regarding possible hiccups when installing my new turbo kit. I have ordered the greddy e-01 with e-mange (despite some peoples advise) a max rev kit and 550 injectors. Do any of you have any tips that might help my install go as smooth as possible? For example do I need to do anything to make sure that the injectors fit properly? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also I was thinking that I should get a new exhaust manifold gasket and dounut gasket (is it nessecary? On a side note, do any of you know if the Max rev blow off valve totally sucks *****? Again any advice is welcome! (Even if it is "Go back to club si you idiot!")

Yes, the max rev bov sucks, but it should work OK for awhile. Just like everything, a lot of people praise, it, a lot of people hate it. First off, the mex rev kit needs piping built for it, so that should be fun. Find a place locally that carries Mandrel bends incase you need more (you may not, you never know) I openly admit i know nothing about the E0-1, but definitly let us know how ya like it.

All new gaskets is nice, that way you know an exahust leak isn't because you didn't spend the 10$ on a gasket...Are the 550's peak and hold, or do they have saturated ones out yet?

Well let me tell you first off that the greddy e-manage is a beautiful thing. A lot of people don't like it because its a piggy back system. But, I am glad to say that I have seen 700whp and 800whp cars using this...the wrx is one of them. I installed my e-manage a few weeks ago and its easy to tune. About the injectors they should fit fine...with the e-manage you can enter your before cc injector size and you after and it does the correction for you...one thing i did was lean out the car at idle and rich it more upon accelaration of course...about the e-01...i have seen it work and know a few poeple with it...it does the same thing you do on e-manage with a laptop...basically its a laptop substitue but of course with the laptop you can do a better tuning because of the graph's and a few other things...if you have any questions email me at incognitoracerr@yahoo.com or send me an instant message at incognitoracerr on aim

To tell you the truth I do not know which injectors I got, I didn't really have a choice. (DUH on my part) Anyways, do you have any advice regarding either saturated or peak hold? Also thanks for letting me know about the blow off valve I will probably just spend a hundred bucks on a greddy bov. Hey thanks for all of your guys help! I will keep you guys posted.

oh hey one quick question, I am going to get some parts jet-hotted (possibly by another company other than jet hot) any advice on which parts to coat other than the manifold, down pipe and turbo housing?
