Default What do I need for bumper conv?

If I have a 95 bumper, what would I need to do a 98+ conversion besides bumper and bumper lights?

front bumper, headlights, corner lights(brackets) rear bumper,

Headlights are simple to take off, everything is a bolt on affair.

Just to take it off track for a sec... Let me know if anyone is looking to sell their 94-97 front bumper cover. my friend was in an accident and will need one to fix his car back.

thanks and sorry for taking it off topic for a sec.
