Pull what apart? The interior? The motor?

pulling apart an S1 trans is exactly like pulling apart any other b-series cable tranny.

pulling and replacing the case is easy enough but I for one do not KNOW if you can replace a JDM S1 cable trans case with a USDM b-series cable trans case. i do have a pic or two of the insides of my old JDM S1 tranny, but i have never cracked a USDM 90-91 b-series tranny open before to compare them.
i would imagine that all JDM cable S1/J1/Y1 trannys and all USDM 90-91 integra trannies have identical housings.
