Why would you try building a 1.5 liter all-motor anything?

port and polish on a d15 is a waste. If you REALLY wanna go cheap, get a d16 vtec at least (IHE) with a good cam.

BTW what kind of d15 do you have? b7 right? at 5psi you would beat 70% of the ppl you race, dont waste money on bolt ons you can customize your own turbo kit for under 600 bucs...do some research imo

assuming it is a D15B7, throw on a z6 head with a y8 intake manifold, add a b-series throttle body. Then do the regular I/H/E, then add a Zex 59300 or look to skunk2.

If you do not want to swap the head then look into a crane cam made for the d16a6, it will work in the d15 (have to adjust though). Then add the y8 IM, and b-series throttle body with the I/H/E.

This is the way to go if you want to make somewhat decent power without spending alot of money.

the z6 head will require a z6 head gasket, a vx timing belt, a p28 ecu to run it properly and you will need to add 3 wires I think to run vtec.

I am not sure about head studs, you need new ones I believe, but am unsure of which to use.

B16 $800. How much are intake, header, exhaust? You prolly already spent more than enought to get a $600 D16 and maybe even a $800 B16. Oh yea, scre all motor, go turbo.

where the hell are you finding a b16a for $800???? Maybe engine alone, what about tranny, axles, ecu etc?

If you are talking about the first gen B16a then he would have some issues installing that motor.

To get a b16a 2nd gen swap it will cost much much more than $800, especially factoring in all the parts and labor.
