HELP! Fuel filter replacement
DOh!! I was replacing the fuel filter and the damn service bolt broke off. What should I do? I tried to remove the other banjo bolt and the "special" banjo bolt that was underneath the service bolt but those aren't budging either. Help me!
I haven't tried the PB yet, I did spray some wd-40 but that didn't work.

Well that sucks but you could cut the fuel line and then just replace it or if there is any of the bolt left craftsman makes stripped bolt remover sockets. Your answer for the special banjo bolt is air tools.
Here is what I do on the Civic/CRX fuel filters.
I impact one of the bolts off with a 17mm socket.
Use a 7/8 wrench to undo the fuel line from the rail. ( Leave the line attached to the fuel filter) Be careful not to lose the star washer and normal washer on the fuel rail.
Then unbolt the entire fuel filter from the car ( theres a 10mm bolt holding a metal band that holds the filter in place)
Now on the workbench, you can vice-down the filter and use a 17mm open end wrench to get off the other fitting with the hose still on it.
Just repeat steps in reverse order with the new filter.
GOOD LUCK!!
