whats the difference in Garrett's T3/T04b and T3/T04e

what do the letters at the end signify if the housing sizes are the same?

this has probaly been covered but the to4e makes more power i believe but the tob spools faster.

i have tried searching for it and also held off for a couple of days before making the post to see if it would surface and have not been able to find out what the differences are. If this is a reoccuring topic, i apologize in advance. Just looking for some knowledge.
