I don't use any TODA stuff, so I cannot comment on that. I will say that I think the spring package from Ferrea may be the best deal around because it comes with a better keeper than the factory ones and it also comes with a nicer spring cup also.

yeah, we are working on doing the same thing. I like the ferrea setup alot. Designed for all the parts to work together, its the best way to go.

I think your main question you might want to ask, is what valve springs you should run. Just because you have toda cams, doesnt mean you should have toda valvesprings. you need something to fit for your application.

portflow springs are certainly good, I would check to make sure that there is not any play at all within the valve spring and retainer.

u need to list more details about your setup, like what your goals are, how many miles do you want the setup to last and what it will be used for

i hope you have some high Cr to go along with your c's

i am putting the b18c5 in my civic this week, the chasis has been built and the car is very capable... solid hasport mounts as well.

basic bolt-ons for now, icebox, fidanza flywheel, action 1md clutch, and a quaife replacing the stock diff.
waiting on a sms header/cat/exhaust which should be doen att he end of the summer.
i have toda cam gears and a pe belt now that i am holding off on installing utill i decide on a head package. i was planning on sending the head out to portflow for a p&p and installation of valvtrain....

i was thinking the jun3's at first but i have too many peopel tell me horror stories then i was thinking b's but then i figured if i am going to do b's i might as well do the c's so then i figured the toda springs would be best b/c they allow for high lift unlike the juns, ive never heard a bad statement regarding the toda springs. and i figured portflow retainers.

the comp is 11.1:1 now, but ill take it up to 12.1:1, i'm obd1 with a hondata s200 that will not be tuned untill the internals are changed.

any suggestions, my car is not a daily driver and will be seeing the track/auto-x often
