Default Anyone Running a Test pipe in kentucky?

I want to know if its legal in kentucky to have a test pipe on a street car and if its better than a high flow cat?

its legal in my county as we dont have the VET. a test pipe will outflow a cat any day of the week although gains are sometimes minimal.

btw, VET is gone in nov and techincally test pipes would be "legal" state wide.

im in OH and i have a test pipe..... ofcoarse ill fail if i try to pass with it on, i actually tried it once just for the heck of it.... go a head and get one and keep ur old cat and just swap it out whenever you gotta get it checked. thats what i do and it works fine
