Default 00' civic ex pass. side window wont go up or down. Help.

Hey, I am new to this fourm. My mother has a 00' civic ex, never been tampered with (cause I do all the work on it). Well, all the sudden her passenger side window wont move up or down. They are power windows, and I am not accustomed to them. Has this ever happened to anyone else? What should I check first? Thanks, Ryan

Need a little more info to help you.

What position is the window in? All the way up, all the way down or somewhere in-between?

Also, Can you here the motor or relay "click" when you hit the switch?

Uhh it isnt the common window derailment problem in civics is it? Cause then all you gotta do is reset the window. But your gen might be the one without this problem

Well, she tried it today, and it worked. Will the window lock both windows, or just one side or the other? Its a 2 door. I am over an hour away from her right now, and I cant look for my self. Thanks. Ryan

She is prolly just stupid, and locked it on accident.
