I personally dont but i saw someone with a near idential setup to yours and he ran a 14.4, header, catback, VAFC (think he ran a faster time with it tuned but i cant confirm that) on street tires

it all depends on the driver. my 88 si with my b16 with aem intake and a dc header with no exhaust went 14.5 at 96mph. oh yea that was with no hood cause it was all bent and they made me take it off. and it was on 13'' bald honda wheels

well, high-revving Honda's are all about the driver. How well can you launch your car? Have you ever drag-raced your car before?

If you are at all deficient in driving skills, don't be shocked if you run a 15 flat or even higher.

With some practice, you'll definitely be able to hit low 14's. My B16 hatch run low 14's. I've never had it dynoed, but here's my mods.

1st Gen B16 w/ YS1 LSD
Thermal cat-back exhaust
modified airbox with drop-in K&N
CTR crank pulley
CF hood
lightweight battery

I'm also on 14" HX wheels / Azenis.

I've built many B16 CRX's for customers with stock JDM B16 that run in the mid to high 14's all motor. Most of them that I do still run the stock B16 exhaust manifold, using the stock ECU (pr3 or pwo) and full interior. Sometimes even stock cat-back.

I would install a header for customers that have enough in their budget, but usually they just stick with stock header and stock exhaust for now and use that money towards the timing belt, water pump, clutch, and lightened flywheel PRIOR to dropping the swap in.

I have timeslips and footage of a 89 CRX SI I swapped for a customer that ran 14.3 with stock B16a, stock header, ACT clutch, stock flywheel, Thermal cat-back, and heavy *** Steelies with 22 inch Mickey Thompson slicks.

Your hp at the wheels should be a little higher with your goodies. A couple of B16's Ive done in the past put down around 140-145 hp at the wheels with no goodies besides CAI. The torque was around 106-109 on those pulls.

What header are you using? Are you using the 2 single wire O2 like you are supposed to with the PR3/PWO set up? How slammed is your ride? Major axle angle and bad alignment can cause poor results on the track and dyno.
