Default how do I know if....

I need to adjust my valves....cuz right now I hear a slight click noise coming from my engine when in neutral..... I asked my friend and he immideatly said adjust your valves...but I just wanted to make sure.....

adjust your valves.....

valves click..... at least adjust them and while your out it make sure you dont need to replace any....

Injectors click too, but they are supposed to. Alot of people mistake them for a problem.

are you going to adjust them yourself? No offense, but if you cant diagnose the problem, especially with the the valvetrain, dont touch it. You can tighten the valves too tight if you dont know what youre doing and that will cause TROUBLE!

lol. Riiight. Now, to a feasible fix, does the noise persist if you have the clutch pedal in?

Sounds like symptoms of a noisy t.o-bearing to me.

Throw out bearing. The tranny needs to be dropped to replace it. Don't worry about it until you need a new clutch.

This usually occurs when someone installs a new Throwout bearing and fails to lubricate it properly.

Ive had numerous chattering t.b's and they never failed on me.
