I am running an old hondata stage 2B on my M45 JRS b18b @ 8psi with fuel pump and 440s. It has been tuned on a dyno and runs great, but now I want to use my Zex Kit to spray a 30 shot so I can cool the intake charge. The thing is I know the old hondata 2B cannot support Nitrous control. My question is, can I safely spay a dry 30 shot, with out using the nitrous control but instead retarding my ignition with my MSD 6BTM only when i spay. Since the zex kit only enguages at WOT the MSD should retard the ignition properly at full boost levels beyond what the hondata is already setup to do without the nitrous being sprayed, correct? As for fuel, I assume that the zex kit will increse fuel pressures accordingly with respect to bottle pressure so that i get the extra fuel i need beyond what the hondata is set at, correct? I really don't have the time or money to get the new hondata system, so this is why i want to do this little 30 shot and be done with the car... If any of this is wrong let me know so I don't blow up my car.
