What are my chances? d16y7 turbo vs d16z6 Zex

I have a y7 with a y8 head and a little junkyard setup. A t3 from a volvo and make around 10 psi. I have all the essentials (FMU, FPR, Missing Link) and my friend has a fully stock d16z6 with Zex (55 shot).

I ask just for fun, he thinks he'll rip me a new one... eh he just might.

10 psi on stock internals? Don't you think thats kinda much?

on a stock sohc, no.
on an FMU setup, yes.
