thanks for help guys its dealer said these 2 are goin bad... what does it do?

Is he talking about your timing belt, too? There's a tensioner pulley, some people call it an idler pulley. Its bearing must be going bad. Get it fixed because you don't want your timing belt to slip or break.

What kind of car? Some cars have an idler/tensioner pulley for the A/C belt. If you wait until it breaks that's not good, but it won't destroy your engine.

sounds like your cam belt/ timing belt! dont take chances with this bro just fix it! if it goes while your driving your engine is just gonna go ba boom!!!
