I am about to put a H22 in my EG and was wondering what cams would make it sound kinda deep at a idle or if they would even make a sound or not. What would you guys recommend? And, also i was wondering if anyone had any track time or anything like that, I am just wanting an idea of what it will run down the track. I would appreciate it. Thank you

 

Pretty much Type S, Skunk2 or Crower. Crower can always do custom.

 

man ive been asking this question for a long time. i just ordered the skunks, ill let u know i was looking at the juns but the specs are nearly the same but from what im hearing is that juns are breaking. so goodluck, webcam also makes some.

 

I like WebCam new cam cores custom ground to specs that match your setup.

Don't do Type S. Waste of money. Crowers are nice.

 

where did u hear that JUns are breaking ? i thought it was the other way around and that skunks are breaking and not jun.

ALL cam manufactures will have stories of broken cams....you also have to consider who installed them....

 

I got a H22 in my Eg and I got the Type S internal and they suck, I did the same with my 97 lude and Now I'm broke. I was told that crower would be one of the best ways to go.

This is the first time I have heard of someone buying cams according to sound. Anywho I know the Skunk 2 stg 2 are putting out some good numbers.

 

I'm gonna run the rs machine cams, anyone got any good results for these?

 

everone has different stories i dont know what to believe.

 

I have a few friends that running H22 all motor they all run strong.If you want to save money go with Crower stage 3,skunk stage 3.for the money Jun 3's.Don't get me wrong they all make power but I've seen my friend running low 12's just making 187 whp-with Jun 3's
