Default Help replacing knock sensor on 5th gen SH

I've had the CE light (knock sensor malfunction) for over a month now and I've checked all the connections. Also, I tried resetting it numerous times and it keeps popping up. It also tripped my ATTS light, so i'm in limp mode with no ATTS. SUCKS. It's out of warranty and hoping it's not my engine. So, I've bought a new knock sensor from hondaautomotiveparts.com for $100 (dealer wanted $150) and it should arrive soon.
But, I still haven't located where it goes in. The manual shows it on the side of the engine block facing the cockpit underneath the intake manifold area. Has anyone replaced one before? Dealer quoted me $100 for labor and I would rather spend that on something else. Do you have to remove the oil filter or intake manifold to get to it? And are there any special tools/ procedures required?
Any help would be great. Thanks.

i just replaced mine on my 4th gen prelude. the knock sensor is above the oil filter. its a really tight position to get it off. there should be a special tool to get it off that the dealer has. i didn't want to deal with it so i had my shop do it for me. also, if you are going to do it at home, you will probably have to remove the oil filter and the oil filter assembly to reach the knock sensor. be careful when removing the oil filter assembly, there is a o ring that might need to be replaced, just replace it to be safe. its only 2 bucks.
