Default can i leave my head stock?

i have a fully built block, dfi, and a big turbo... is it safe to leave my head stock or am i risking dropping or floating a valve? i have itr valvesprings and cams... everything else is stock on a gsr head... iv revved it passed 9k many times before but without as much power as ill be pushing now... if i leave the rev's under lets say 8500 should i be good for a few months before i do the head?
