Default General info q's on GAB struts

I haven't heard anything at all about GAB struts. Are they good, cost too much, and how many way adjustable are they?? I may have a deal on some GAB struts so I'm just wondering. Any info is appreciated.

Oh I searched but found nothing.

I used to have a set of adjustable (F4/R8) Gabs. NOthing special. They are made by KYB, its even stamped on the bottom of the shock.

there are different types of the GAB strut. The GAB gymkhanas(sp), i believe are the stronger ones for race and good for that slammed look, also fully adjustable..dampening and rebound.. They utilize a shorter body with the same stroke as a stock shock so you dont bottom out due to less travel. Tanabe shocks are made by GAB...I think.
