Default Brake shimmy

I have a 00 ex and I haven't done any mods to the front brakes. When I go to stop the wheel will shake. I pulled the tires and checked the brakes they are ok. please let me know if you have any possible hints or solution to what it might be so I can get my wife off my back.
Thanks

Could be a number of things.
Your rotors may be warped from over aggressive braking and keeping you foot on the brakes after you have stopped. Causing the brakes to cool down unevenly.
