Have a d16z6 using the stock obd0 setup, all sudden it started throwing a code 10 after the swap. so I changed out the sensor, still have the problem. It throws out other codes that seem to come and go. I looked into the chiltons and it suggested that either its the sensor, or the ecu, any idea why either would go bad after working fine before swapping the motors?. Also changed the power cable to a larger one, not sure if that would cause any problems.

I pretty sure if ti were the ecu it would either flash one or just stay solid. have you checked the main relay ?
