I cut r2 and r3 for analog input 2 to be used. for a fuel pressure sensor.
and also cut. r136 and r 138 for my wideband
Now when i go to start the car. its getting cel code 9 cyc 1 sensor.

i tried a buddy of mines s300 and bam no check engine light.

Can the ecu be repaired?

If u just need to "uncut" the changes..yes . U just solder in some new connections (jumpers) bridging those cuts u made. Typically, legs from clipping the extra length from resistors, etc. are used for the jumpers
