Get you some of that Castrol High Mileage oil. Those commercials are hilarious. Hell I don't know whats wrong with it. If its when you first get on it, then I doubt its your rings. I'd say your dumping oil out of your seals because all that pressure when you give it some hella gas your cylinders have such a vacuum that those worn out seals just give way to oil. When oil burns its dang smelly. Hehe, and it'll leave a white/grey smoke.

Man. I'm in a good mood now; I need to download those Castrol commercials. With the blue Ford minivan ramping a little hill. Thats quality stuff right there. Anyways man, if it is the seals, you may want to run abou 1k miles with some good ol' engine honey. Only do that once though, and don't do any racing while you have it in. Just do some calm every day driving. Just my idea though, I'm not a certified mechanic....

or just go to a shop, ask 'em about it, and see if you can't get them replaced while getting a multi angle valve job and porting.

Engine honey is a little slang term me and a lot of other people (that I talk to anyways... maybe its just me...) use for Resto something or other. It fixes seal leaks and helps get better compression on old worn out engines. Resto.... Resto.... something. They have it at O'reillys and Auto Zone and all that. Just ask them for something that will 'hopefully' fix your problem. The one I'm thinking of is in a Silver cylinder can thing. If you don't have a cat, then your car will spit out black exhaust when you're heavy on the gas. The only thing a cat converter does is burn off unburnt (redundant....) exhaust for better emissions. So really the black exhaust is gas that hasn't been completely burned.
