spherical bushings

anyone got these???progress makes them...just wondering good/bad

already have urethane...want those metal bushings...how long do they last?

Progress Group make them. Very easy to install and very efective. You will notice an instant improvement in feel and handling.

Ps: We have them on both front and rear lower control arms.
