i have ah 90 dx accord i has an internal coil . i was wondering how to make it an external coil.i have found distribitur caps that are made for it that have external coil hook ups but i want to know if i have to do any wiring to it .if any one has done this please respond .

After you remove the internal coil you need to extend the two wires that go to the internal coil. You extend them to where your mounting the external coil. You will need to figure out which wire is positive and which is negative.

 

The blk/yel is positive.
