Default ARP rod bolts torque specs and instructions

I have done a search on this subject and found a variety of conflicting torque specs and instructions. Does anyone have the torque specs for the final installation of ARP rod bolts on Type R rods? My rods already have the new ARP studs inserted and the rods have been resized. All I need now are the installation torque specs and instructions so I can get these things installed.

ARP part no. 208-6401 for Acura 1.8L (9mm rod bolt)

From the instructions that i have:

1.) lube threads and nut flange face w/ provided ARP assy lube
2.) Recommended rod bolt stretch = .0075" - .0079" [preferred method]
Otherwise, torque to 40lb*ft (final). There should be a step-torque in there to like 20lb*ft first, then 40lb*ft. Loosen and re-torque. Do this a total of 3x to get sufficient rod bolt stretch.

are these for all arp rod bolts? or would the torque settings change among different arp rod bolts?

If you have no idea what each one's length was before they were torqued, you really have no gauge to judge stretch, so just do the 3x 40lb torque thing. This iis what I did on my b16 and things are just fine.
