Default HeadGasket help please:)

Okay here is the dealy. Anticipating the return of my B18C block from Golden Eagle. Commming O-ringed and Godzilla sleeved. Also awaiting the Pro Series head from Jg. Plan on boosting aroud 30 MAX at the track...but prolly 26-28 normally at the track. What head gasket do I use? Stock? Metal? Copper?

I dunno, so I am here.

I've dealt with both and haven't had any problems. A friend of mine says stock is the best and he's got a 10 sec. Civic.
