Default Replaced distributor cap+rotor ... sluggish?

I just replaced my cap + rotor last night for the first time since I've had the car (got it new, 46k on it now). Repair seemed straightforward, old cap off, old rotor off, new rotor + cap on. Got all the plugs in the right places, the wires were replaced 10k ago, engine runs fine, no CEL. Thing is, the car seems a bit more sluggish under hard acceleration that it did previously, nothing too serious, but enough so that I noticed it. Do the parts need to "break in"? Could there be a related problem somehow? Any suggestions are appreciated.

The wires are fine, and it ran fine before the cap+rotor were replaced, nothing else was changed.

It's possible to get a faulty cap and rotor - it's happened to me. I would pull them off and take them back to Honda. You are using OEM, correct?
