just order a new oem honda gasket and make sure the pan and block is clean and to torque down to specs.

get at tq wrench and i think its 7 or 8 lbs tq and do a criss cross pattern. just dont overtighten you will pinch the gasket and it will leak.

would you need to take off headers to get to oil pan?

I don't think you have to you can slide it out. But I did, cuz I was doing a turbo install anyways.

make sure that simply tightening the pan bolts will not solve this problem before replacing the gasket. Those bolts tend to loosen over time and a quick once-over with a socket can usually cure the leak...

to do this i would take my header off first just to be safe
