what kind of shock to match up with my progress springs?

what kind of shock to match up with my progress springs?
I need something cheaper than koni yellows. I was thinking along the lines of kyb agx or tokicos. What shock will be able to handle the rates of my springs? I believe my rates are 275 rear and 375 front. The drop is 2.3 all around. Let me know. Adjustability is not important to me, i use my car as a daily driver and drag occasionally.

I prefer the knoi's myself, but I friend uses the non adjustable tokicos and they ride nice for a daily driver and hold pretty good on track. IMO
