Ok here is my setup
97 d16y8
greddy sohc turbo kit
spark racing intercooler
rc 440's
aem fuel rail
aem fuel filter
walbro 255
vafc
act street disc, extreme pressure plate
greddy evo
greddy profec b
greddy turbo timer
test pipe
i am running 10 psi and after a run my car will boil over into the resevour tank and run hot, so i crank the heat and it mantains a decent temp untill i get back home and then i dump the antifreeze back into the radiator.
this only hapens when i run high boost, if im just driving around it wont do it.
im guessing that it is the thermostat, because when my engine is hot the fan doesnt come on. im gonna replace the thermostat. but do you think i should get a mugen one that runs cooler. also do you think that i should just hook a switch up to my fan and run it manually all the time. I would think that that would help out some.
let me know what you guys think

maybe get a bigger radiator? dual core del sol radiator, or integ would fit. i wouldn't advise you to wire up your fan to a switch, what if you leave it on, or forget it, when your car's parked? dead battery. i mean you could wire it so that it's only on when the car's on. but it would be a hassle to always flip the switch. thats what the fan switch is for.
