do any of u know if your car is equipped with ABS

does the ABS have to work for you to pass safety?? i am in VA and looking at a car in MD and they told me the ABS was disconnected. it passed safety in MD. not sure if there is any correlation, but i just wanted to make sure that disconnected ABS woundnt affect safety inspection as long as the brakes still work???

its not really safe if its not working? the abs was ment to save your a$$.

 

well it is still "safe"
