It's polished, and comes with a separate flange and gasket. here's a pic:

Weird story, but now it looks like I'll just be selling the BOV. Okay the story is the first BOV, flange and gasket I got were stolen. I just got another one recently from a friend so I'm selling that one for $35 plus shipping.

I wouldnt buy from this guy. I already sent him money for this and an intercooler and a week later he tells me its stolen and hes sending my money back. He hasnt cashed the money orders so I dont think hes a scammer. Just a liar and a flakey seller.
Some copy and pastes from my e mails:
Yeah, that includes a flange and gasket as well. The BOV is semi-polished. $60 shipped, I'll just do $50 for you and put it in the same box as the SMIC if you want. So that'd be $110 shipped for the SMIC and BOV w/flange and gasket. How's that sound?

I didnt know you had a BOV for sale too. Id like to get that too. Is it still for sale?
John
Bad news, John. My BOV, SMIC and some other parts were stolen from my garage. Looks like I can't sell you them. Upon receiving the payment for the BOV and SMIC, I will just mail them back to you. I still have the strut bars for sale though, $70 shipped.

Yes I am, polished front upper, rear upper and rear lower tie bars. $20 apiece plus shipping, I'll do $50 plus shipping. Do you just want a big single shipment of the SMIC, BOV and strut bars? Because I can just wait and then ship everything at once. Cheaper for you, easier for me. What else do you need? Here's a list of what's for sale:
DC sports 4-2-1 1 pc. ceramic header, mint - 200 (guessing you don't need this)
99-00 Si cloth headrests - $50
my other stuff is on ebay right now. Search under seller fnan-anon . Let me know what you want to do.

Dude I'm not trying to scam you at all. The first BOV was stolen from me. I just got another one from a buddy who's parting out his 1G DSM. I'm not a liar, I'm a honest seller. You don't have to believe me though. The money orders should be back to you by tomorrow or saturday. Did you get my email?

And my fault, I forgot to edit the post above. It's without the flange and gasket this time, so I'm only asking $35 instead of $50.

Well heres a thread about installing a BOV and SMIC that you bumped on 7/3/03. That was after you agreed to sell those items to me and before you told me they were stolen. Seems pretty obvious to me but I could be wrong.

I'm helping a friend with his setup as well, and I figured instead of him starting up his own thread I'd bump mine instead. But yeah, you're right it looks bad. Glad everything worked out for you though.
