i can. ex front rotor/caliper/pad/line are exactly the same. i purchased a complete si brake swap for my 96 ex, and later realzied i did not need the fronts b/c they are identical. when you order aftermarket pads or rotors, you'll notice most will say '96-00 ex/si'. this of course does not apply to non-ex models.

Honda changed from the 9. whatever to the 10.2 in the early nineties eg. I think its somewhere between 93 and 94. All of the 96-00 front discs are the same whether it be civic or integra. I would only do the rears if you want to do a disc conversion. You have to get the 40/40 prop valve from an EK 99 si. I have an integra one that doesn't work right I would have to rebend all of the hardlines to make it fit.
Good Luck

They are not all the same. I have two 1997 Honda Civics sitting in my driveway so I ran out to check.
1997 Ex = 10.2
1997 Hx = 9.something
Check the altimate brake thread...it covers most of this information.
