what intake is this? need suggestions on size as well...

what intake is this? need suggestions on size as well...
this is a killar nice piece. 
just removed my battery in my db2 (da) so looking for a better intake, without going to the itr aem. (dont wanna remove abs...just yet)
this piece looked really nice. minimal bends, and cold air. i tried buildling a custom 3" piece but i can't get the bend right, and i want as minimal bends as possible. i wouldn't mind running a short ram, just dont want hot air do id duct it or heat shield. options welcome.

It really depends on where U R at. There are a lot of local shops that can make mandel bend intakes. U can polish them up or power coat them for cheap. Give a City and State I know someone can recommend a shop.
