Default Good idea or bad idea?

I was thinking about swapping a 1996 GSR motor into an older series Integra 1993, would that be better or leaving it in the 1996 integra itself. Oh yeah, what head would be better on a GSR, a Type R head or a H22 head from the prelude?

The reason why i ask this, is because ive notice alot of people putting in there strong engines into civic hatchbacks just because there lighter, thats a good idea and all, but i want to build a car i want, not just to impress the time.

I would keep the g3 integra. There is no reason to mess around and swap engines around when you have a perfectly good car there. Leave the engine where it is and just build up the gsr. If you want a project, try a turbo setup or NA, its up to you.

I like the older integras, i dont really like the front of the LS/GSR, i thought about doing a front convertion, but i figure that would cost some cash, if the engine swap doesnt make a big difference then i guess i could swap motor, Anyone got tips for me on building an older integra, with a GSR motor?

Go with the H22 head. It'll be hella hella hella fast!!!

G2's look so much better though If you are going for light wieght, go for a 90-93 RS integra, but if you can't then go with a nice light weight hatch.
Also, I hope you don't plan on doing it your self, as by just suggesting that you would use a H22 head on a B-series block means you don't know honda's that well, and shouldn't be doing that big of project.
