How to remove fuel hose from fuel rail on B16a?

How to remove fuel hose from fuel rail on B16a?
I've tried from positions 1 and 2 but it won't budge, I don't want to use excessive force as it might break it. Any suggestions?
BTW anyone know what this connector is for?

For the fuel line, you see that plactic cap on the end of the fuel rail? Pop it off and you will see a bolt under it, 12 mm I think. Just unbolt it and you should be able to slide it off...

It would have been easier to remove if you would have left the rail connected to the manifold. You can get better leverage.

Please tell me that KNock sensor isn't broken. Cause if it is it will cost a pretty penny from the dealer. I about 2 in my tool box just in case I run into this problem.
