As long as the dents are not severe and not along the seams, they can be removed without bodywork. Its always best to know someone who's good at this type of repairs...

glad to hear you have good results.

They quoted me like 270 for like 7 dents in my gsr

I fixed a few of them myself w/ a spoon

The guy also said he never worked on an integra so i'm afraid he will mess up my door panels and whatnot

Did the guy pull the dents from the outside or did he push them out from the inside? If he popped the dents out from the inside, did he drill holes or did he remove the interior panels?

he "massaged" the dents using a flourescent light and poking them from the outside i believe.

Yep.

word of advice, be careful with the ding king. The sheetmetal on the integra is relatively soft. One might inadvertently pull a dent too far out and cause more damage. As i said earlier, its not as easy as it might seem.

It takes years of experience to master Paintless Dent Repair (P.D.R.) A good P.D.R. Tech should not have to drill holes most of the time. I've fixed hundreds of cars from door dings to hail damage and it is very rare that I ever have to drill any holes.

Most of the time p.d.r. guys that drill are either lazy or lack the skills to take the dents out properly.

Oh and the ding king does not work... We message the dents out from the inside.
