ViS, bottom line.
I personally own one: carbon fiber weave is perfect, fit is perfect, construction is identical to the OEM hood underneath (support), heavy duty latch.

so would i need to get it sprayed with a clear coat , or is it already nice and glossy when you buy it??

You dont need to have hood pins. I have a VIS hood on my teg and its never flown up, they use the stock hood latch..but if you want that extra reassurance I am sure its not too hard to install the pins..
