How can i tell if my ecu is auto or 5 speed?

Its a manual, the way you can tell is by the seccond to last #.
5= automatic, 0= manual.

if its obd1 u can make the auto ecu to 5 spd quite easily and auto ecu's can be had for far less...i run an auto ecu on my car and it works fine

if you are going to chip it, it doesn't matter 5spd or automatic.
