LSD for G2 Integra.... experts please.
I currently have a 90 RS Integra road race car with a Phantom Grip LSD and will be replacing the engine and tranny (no-swaps). I want a strong LSD but am trying to look at all the options...
My question is: Will a Type R stock LSD fit/work in a G2 tranny? If so, what modifications will have to be made. Someone mentioned the ITR 4.4 final drive will have to be used if the thing would fit.
This is for race only. Not a streetable car but would like opinions from all in the know...
Thanks
Greg

Why not get a Kaaz LSD since you are pretty much going all out with your car?
Phantom Grip has never been the "GOOD" kind of LSD.

Thanks for the ideas, but I'm looking at all posibilities and price points. OPM is more on the radar than the other two but I wanted to see about the ITR diff and if it's a possibility...
I'd rather to a Quaife over a Kaaz. Kaaz is a high maintenance LSD, while a Quaife is a torque biasing differential. Kaaz I believe has to have it's oil changed I believe every few thousand miles.

Quaife, that's the one!! I forgot about that name but I know there's another brand better than the crapass Phantom Grip
