resonator from intake, useful?
I had mine out for a while with the stock filter still on the intake....just made it a bit louder. As far as I know that thing is on there only for noise reduction
resonator
Definition:
A volume, bounded at least in part by highly reflecting surfaces, in which light of particularly discrete frequencies can set up standing wave modes of low loss. Often, in laser work, the resonator contains two facing mirrors that may either be flat (Fabry-Perot resonator) or have some spherical curvature.
dont really understand it in physics term, but i think it is there to reduce the noise, but does it add or decrease hp, if it adds more hp, i think i could get used to the loud noise....anything for more hp...

Leave the resonator there. It is not restrictive. The air intake pipe passes through the resonator. No air from within the resonator enters the intake system.
I took mine out and immediately put it back in. The drone at cruising speeds is annoying as hell and the intake isn't much louder.
