Hey guys... Like the subject states my passenger window will not roll all the way down. It rolls down to about an inch or less from the end of its usual travel path. i havent physicly taken the door apart yet to look at it. Nor do I have any experience with working on windows.

Im asking is that is working on manual windows a hard thing to do or not? I mean im pretty mechanicly inclinded just never ever worked on honda windows before. Maybe its time for me to put in EX door panels and add power windows and locks now.

Has this happened to any of you guys here???

 

Mine is doing the same thing. As the window goes down, it becomes harder to put down. I stop an inch from the bottom in fear of snapping the handle. Looking for a responce to.

 

take off teh door panel and grease the whole mechanical system

Your solution does sound feasable. But the handle is still in the exact operation position as the other handle. Just that the window is in a completely different height level than the drivers side. Once closed all the way the handles are still alligned with each other. Its only when the window is at its most open position when the windows are at different levels.
