Default Car leaking coolant, any ideas?

Just replaced the water pump, checked all the lines, everything seems ok but when the car is off and parked on a driveway (on a slight slant) it starts to drip out coolant. Makes a small puddle. When it is on a flat surface nothing. And nothing leaks when its on. Does anyone know what can cause this?

change your radiator cap...you'll fix the problem...did you know that the radiator cap is also a thermostat?

if the hoses are fine, might be radiator, thermostat, reservoir, or radiator cap

Ok the leak is coming from the block. There is a little hole thats dripping the coolant out of. Is there supposed to be a screw there?

Where on the block? Front or back? Near the head mating or completely separate? Take a picture, give some frame of reference

There is a coolant drain bolt on the back of the engine block, near the oil filter. However, if that was completely open coolant would be likely gushing out of it. When I've tried to remove it, it was always frozen in there solid as well.

Edit: As well, have you tried letting the engine warm up and then having someone pull the throttle cable so you can rev the engine higher for a bit? If it's a leak that only occurs under pressure/high flow, that could help reproduce it. Just don't let your accomplice go nuts with the cable

get a piece of towel or something and wipe the coolant drain bolt near the oil filter, if it is wet, then it is leaking from there. If not, you kinda have a big trouble
